We specialize in making swim meet photography smooth and stress-free—for both meet hosts and families. Our focus at non-championship meets is offering mini private sessions by reservation, alongside optional event coverage for the hosting team. No pressure, no commitment from the team—just value added for your swimmers and families.

🔄 How This Works

Every facility and meet runs a little differently, so we always coordinate closely with the meet director beforehand.

In general:

• Private sessions are scheduled between sessions or after the last session of the day, and are open to all swimmers—not just the hosting team.

• Event coverage happens during the meet, but we photograph only the hosting team’s swimmers for the event album—no other teams’ athletes are included, for privacy and handling concerns.

Final logistics are confirmed after a quick chat with the meet director to ensure everything runs smoothly.

We don’t offer commission for non-championship meets, as it's a low-profit service. In exchange, we provide event coverage and deliver professionally edited images for the host team’s marketing. Families can purchase photos if they wish—no pressure, just memories.

• All photographers are Safe Sport certified and background-checked

• All galleries are private, secure, and trackable

• No personal memory cards are used—images are uploaded directly to VUE’s secure system
