How This Works:

• 10% Commission: We offer a 10% commission on the total reservation fees. 
• Our Setup: Our setup require minimal space. A small table and some chairs are all we need to operate.
• On Deck: Our photographer will be on deck and behind the block moving discreetly to capture swimmer action shots. They’ll introduce themselves to the meet referee beforehand to review meet criteria and adjust as needed to stay aligned with event requirements.
• Images: Instead of hiring event photographer, our photographers will capture images of your team, the event, officials, and the venue for you.
• Our Understanding of swim meet ethics: We are committed to upholding the ethical standards of swim meets. We will ensure that our photography does not interfere with the competition or disrupt the event.

Ethics

At VUE Pictures, we take sports ethics seriously and have implemented measures to protect all photos captured. Here are some key steps we take to ensure the safety and privacy of athletes and their families:

• Safe Sport Certified & Background Check: All team members, including photographers, must be Safe Sport certified. Our lead photographer oversees and monitors each photographer’s adherence to all safety protocols and ethical guidelines.
• Private Online Galleries: Galleries are sent directly to customers via email, with password protection required for access. Each entry and download is tracked by our system for added security.
• Controlled Photo Handling: Photographers do not use personal memory cards. All captured images are transferred to VUE Pictures immediately after the meet.
• Model Release: We only use images for portfolios when we have a signed model release from the athlete’s parent or guardian. Additionally, no images with the athlete's face visible will be released unless they are wearing goggles.
